This hand-painted and hand-blown glass candle depicts the intersetion of Greenwich Avenue & Lewis Street in downtown Greenwich. Marsha York, a well-known New England artist, has won numerous awards for her pastels.

Marsha's work is meticulously reproduced here "on the inside" of the glass using small brushes and hours of craftmanship. his form of artwork, known as eglomise, has existing in China since 1802.  The candle is approximately 3 1/2" wide and 2 1/4" high.
